You grant TAC TouchUp a non-exclusive license to use, modify, duplicate, and give others permission to use, modify, and duplicate your 'Photo Retouching' in all forms and media.
Listed companies may link to our TAC TouchUp Photo Retouching without prior consent.
These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
We may assess and approve link requests for TAC TouchUp from these entities:
TAC TouchUp will approve photo retouching assignments from certain organizations if: (a) the assignment doesn't harm our reputation or business relationships; (b) the organization holds a positive record with us; (c) the visibility gained from the retouching job pays off the non-presence of original content; and (d) the task pertains to general resource info.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
If you represent an entity mentioned in Paragraph 2 and wish to create a link to our TAC TouchUp platform, notify us via email at tac.touchup. Don't forget to send your name, organization, contact details, and your website's URL. Provide a list of URLs from which you plan to link to TAC TouchUp and the URLs on our platform you'd like to link to. Please allow 2-3 weeks for our team to respond.

Use of TouchUp's photo retouching imagery for linking is prohibited without a proper licensing agreement.
Without explicit consent and written authorization, you are prohibited from modifying the visual presentation or appearance of my Photo Retouching TAC TouchUp.
We are not liable for any content visible in your Photo Retouching results. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims rising from your TAC TouchUp use. Within legal limits, we exclude all guarantees, warranties, and conditions regarding our Photo Retouching services - TAC TouchUp. This disclaimer doesn't limit any:
Constraints and disavowals of liability outlined in this Section and elsewhere in the TAC TouchUp terms: (a) adhere to the prior provision; and (b) apply to all liability claims related to the TAC TouchUp, including those arising from contract breaches, torts, or violation of statutory responsibilities.
While our Photo Retouching services are rendered free, TAC TouchUp isn't responsible for any damage or loss incurred whatsoever.
